Privacy Policy
At Ecaduram S.A.S. ('Ecaduram', 'we') we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) and its regulations in force in 2026.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email) and anonymous technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited) through cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you the Ecaduram newsletter about real estate crowdlending, respond to enquiries, improve the site and comply with legal obligations. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, specific and informed consent, given when accepting the newsletter, and on our legitimate interest in operating the site and preventing fraud.
5. Retention period
We keep your data while your subscription is active and, after unsubscription, for the periods required by Ecuadorian tax and data protection regulations.
6. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, update, erase, object to processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to privacy@ecaduram.com. You may also file complaints with the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Information is hosted on servers with encryption in transit and at rest.
8. International transfers
Some technology service providers (for example email sending and analytics) are located outside Ecuador. In such cases we apply contractual safeguards that ensure an equivalent level of protection.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the current version indicating the date of the last update.
